How to participate?
- For operative communication and forwarding of necessary information, write to the curator of participants in Telegram (https://t.me/HookahBattle_Teams) or WhatsApp (https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=9117192718).

- You need to register for the event (https://hb-short.com/europecup).

- Optional (not required). Provide non-copyrighted music, to this music you will go on stage, leave the stage.

- Tickets are available for teams for the entire show (April April 10).
Each team member’s details will be required for tickets:
– Last Name (as in passport)
– First name (as in passport)
– Phone number

- To promote your brand/name/establishment you need to make a video business card.
Your video will be embedded in the YouTube version of Hookah Battle, so viewers are introduced to you.
In the video, you will need to introduce your team, tell a little bit about yourself and/or what you do.
Parameters for video:
- a) FullHD – 1920*1080
- b) in HORIZONTAL format
- c) video length up to 1 minute
- d) in English or any other language, but with English subtitles.
Deadline: April 01
- Provide information about the mix you are performing with, in % ratio. (Brand, name – %)
Example:
Tangiers, Lemongrass – 50%
Burn, Nectarine – 50%

About the event
The event will start on May 10 at 14:00. (Participants should arrive at least half an hour before the start to the stage, having already received tickets).
You will need to get the tickets before entering the EXPO (see the participants’ chat in Telegram or from the participants’ curator).
A participant is a team of 1 to 3 people.
Team members will be provided with tickets to the exhibition.

The exhibition will be held in Frankfurt (Germany) in 3 days:
May 8, B2B day
May 9, B2C day
April 10, B2C day – Battle will be held on this day from 14:00.
Optional / Sponsor integrations (participation optional):
- DARKSIDE Inspiration. Winning, awarded by a judge from DS, will earn you a 500 euro trip certificate.
– use of at least one tobacco from Dark Side
– use of Dark Side accessories and paraphernalia in your performance as intended
– The Dark Side judge will decide who gets the prize in this category.
– include in your speech some inspirational words about the hookah industry, it can be a story about what inspires you or your team.
- You can perform with any hookah from Alpha Hookah and get 500 Euros.
Conditions:
– hookah must be recognizable, the logo of the hookah must be visible during the performance
– the participant takes a place in the top three
– if several participants are in the top three, the prize goes to the one who took the highest place.
– the money is received by the participant after collecting statistics from the show online format (about a month later).
- Alpha Hookah Grand Slam. 4 wins in our events in a year can get you a real bar of gold.
- Just a reminder that we have changed the achievement – “Online Voting Leader”:
– Only those who are verified in Business Club can vote online.
– The achievement brings 2 points in HoF and 100$ trip certificate.
– at least 10 people (for all teams) must participate in voting
